We reserve the right to change: prices, policies or terms at any time without notice.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

A return goods authorization (RGA) is required for all items. Call to request an RGA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back with all components of the original part included; failure to do so will result on the part being shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. All sales are final on discontinued items. All returns are subjected to inspection for determination of credit.

​LIMITED WARRANTY

Improper Care or Misuse: CFR Motorcycles shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods become defective in the whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper use, abnormal or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.

 

Proof or Purchase: CFR Motorcycles shall have no warranty obligation in the even the customer is unable to present a receipt evidencing the date on which the customer purchased the goods.

 

​Exhaust Systems: Are warrantied for manufacturing defects only. However, there is no warranty with regards to any discoloration. Discoloration (blueing) is caused by tuning characteristics, timing, jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.
